Dear Mannheim Steamroller Concert Attendees: Here’s the scoop on the travel plans to see & hear this incredible & fascinating group of musicians, bringing their Christmas concert/program to the Mansfield Theater. WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 3, 2025!! · Motorcoach will meet you at the parking lot south of the Les Schwabb Tire Center…. AND next door to the Wells Fargo Bank (For any newcomers, these are the businesses on the east side of Walmart) · Please be on board the bus by 2:30PM · Schedule ~ o Bus leaves Helena 2:40PM o Arrive at dining destination in Great Falls approximately 4PM o Social hour 4:15 – 5:15PM § Private bar on-site/drinks are ‘on your own’ § Concert tickets will be distributed at the private dining room § Dinner served 5:15PM (You will make your choice at the time of order) · Sirloin Steak · Prawns · Chicken alfredo § Leave 6:40PM for the Mansfield Theater § 7:30PM – SHOWTIME · AFTER THE SHOW IS OVER, there is allotted time for a bathroom break before we head back to Helena o Best Guess --- leave Great Falls 10PM? & arrive back in Helena approximately 11:45 PM · THANK YOU FOR MAKING ANOTHER NEW VENTURES TRAVEL CLUB406 … ADVENTURE….
